We do not produce in bulk, but "just in time" after a customer has placed an order. After receiving the 15% deposit, please allow 4-8 weeks of production time - this is also the customary waiting time.

In case of goods in stock (please inquire before completing the purchase), the goods can be picked up by appointment.

At your request, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice, for this purpose we commission a freight forwarder to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agency and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and phone availability of the customer, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are £ 0.00 within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time is approx. 1 week long). There can be higher shipping costs, please inquire before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (Gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.

We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at customer request. You can pick up your new purchase directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of £ 0.00 will be charged. The collection takes place by appointment only.

After placing an order, you will receive an email notification. You then only pay 15% of the full payment, as this is not a mass product.

The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email in advance before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the 5% cash on delivery fee of at least £ 45.00 in this case). You pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
