We do not produce in bulk, but "just in time" after a customer has placed the order. After receipt of the 15% Deposit, please allow 4-8 weeks for production - this is also the standard waiting time. In case of goods in stock (please, inquire before completing the purchase), goods can be picked up by appointment.
At your request, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice. We commission a forwarding agent to send the goods. Shipping takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the customer's place of residence and telephone availability, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are 0.00 GBP within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time is approx. 1 week longer). There can be higher shipping costs, please inquire before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (gates or main entrance). A two-man moving team is available upon request.
We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of 0.00 GBP will be charged. The Collection takes place by appointment only.
After placing the order, you will receive an email notification. You, then, only pay 15% of the full amount, since this is not a mass product.
The outstanding balance is either transferred before the goods are shipped (you will receive an information email in advance before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the forwarding agent upon delivery (in this case the customer pays the 5% cash on delivery fee of at least 45.00 GBP) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
