Troubleshooting:

Pins not correctly locked into place in the 3 pin connectors from the stator coils to the CDIs.

CDI connections swapped, i.e. connected to the wrong cylinder.

Can swap HT leads to test this.

Bad earth connection.

Permanent earth via the kill switch
